Since 2016, he has served as CEO of Santa Ana Hospice, an end-of-life care provider in Los Alamitos, where he guides operations, develops growth strategy, and advances systems that help teams deliver consistent, patient-centered support. He also holds the role of Licensee and Administrator for Senior Manor Care in the South Bay, overseeing assisted living operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements, and keeping families informed through clear, responsive communication.
Alongside his healthcare responsibilities, Mr. Gradney has built a long-standing career in real estate and mortgage services. Since 2001, he has operated as a real estate broker with First Nations Funding, Inc. and Guaranteed Realty, organizations focused on property sales and mortgage lending. Based in Torrance, he serves buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the South Bay and nearby Los Angeles communities, helping clients navigate transactions and financing with a steady, business-minded approach.
Mr. Gradney’s academic background includes an Associate Degree in Business Administration from West Los Angeles College, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Drama and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of Southern California.
